How long does shipping take?

Most orders begin processing within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Most United States orders arrive within 4-9 business days after processing and carrier handoff. Tracking can take 24-72 hours to update after carrier handoff. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

How do I track my order?

Use the order status or tracking link in your Shopify confirmation email, or visit our Track Order page. Tracking updates can take a few days to appear after fulfillment begins.

What is your return and refund policy?

We accept returns for new, unused eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Approved returns are handled by mail, include a free return label, and have no restocking fee. Read the full terms in our Return and Refund Policy.

How do I choose the right collar or harness size?

Are your pet toys safe?

Is checkout secure and what payment methods do you accept?

Checkout is encrypted and processed through Shopify and approved payment partners. CovePaws never asks customers to send payment card details through chat or contact forms.

Do you ship internationally?

CovePaws currently focuses on customers in the United States. Available destinations, shipping methods, taxes, and costs are shown at checkout before payment.
