Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns for new, unused dog and cat accessories within 30 days of delivery. Returns are handled by mail, include a free return label when approved, and have no restocking fee.

Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number plus clear photos or video showing the product issue, packaging, and shipping label.

Return Method

Approved returns are handled by mail. If your return is approved, CovePaws will provide return instructions and a free return label. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible new, unused items and for verified damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items. Contact us with your order number so we can review the best replacement option.

Order Cancellations

Orders can usually be canceled only before processing or shipping begins. Some print-on-demand, preorder, or custom-reserved items may not be cancelable after payment is submitted.

Refund Timing

When a refund is approved, CovePaws processes it to the original payment method within 5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Banks or payment providers may take additional time to post the credit.
